Chairmanship
The Chairman is elected by the Annual General Meeting. He/She is the official representative of the CSC and chairs meetings of its governing bodies.
General Meeting
This is the main governing body and is made up of representatives from all the associated institutions. It meets at least once a year to approve the year's management and to propose future lines of action.
Board of governors
This is composed of the four Vice-Chairpersons of the CSC and up to 11 spokespersons, all elected by the General Meeting. This is the highest governing body.
Standing Commitee
Members of this committee are proposed by all associates who provide health and care services and designated by the General Meeting. Its functions include carrying out the financial management of the CSC and appointing CSC representatives on committees and other bodies.
